How to Change the Email Address of the Customer or Affiliate
To change the affiliate's email address, you must first obtain the updated email address from the affiliate. Then, you can make the change on your end via the merchant portal.
Please note :- Affiliates/Customer cannot update their own email addresses through the Affiliate/Customer portal.
To modify the email address of an affiliate or customer from the merchant portal, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your merchant portal.
2. Navigate to the Customer section.
3. Use the search bar to search for the affiliate or customer by name or existing email address.
4. In the search results, locate the desired affiliate or customer.
5. To the right of their name or details, you'll see an option represented by three dots (⋮). Click on this.
6. From the dropdown menu, select Edit.
7. In the edit interface, locate the email address field.
8. Click on the change button adjacent to the email address field.
9. Enter the updated email address for the affiliate or customer in the provided text box.
10. After ensuring the email is correctly entered, click submit.
