I have created a Google Form and connected it to a Google Spreadsheet. Then I added the Pabbly add-on, and the record is showing correctly in the responses. However, when I added the next step to automatically send a Zoom class link after someone submits the form, the link is not triggering.

Hello @Vanikabir,

Could you please confirm whether the “Send on Event” option is enabled in the Pabbly Connect extension? If it is not enabled, kindly activate it and then test the workflow by submitting the form. Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

Hello @Vanikabir,

Could you please share a screencast showing the complete webhook setup and a test submission of the Google Form? This will help us review the configuration and identify why the workflow is not triggering.

Hello @Vanikabir,

Have you tried re-executing those tasks? If yes, and they are still marked as failed, could you please open the Task History by clicking on the Task History ID and share the specific error shown under the Zoom action? This will help us identify the issue more accurately.

Hello @Vanikabir,

Upon reviewing your task history and filtering the entries marked as Partially Failed, I can see only five task histories at the moment.

The reason behind these failures appears to be a change in the keys being received from the Razorpay step. The keys currently arriving in these five tasks differ from the ones you originally mapped in the workflow builder. Because the structure has changed, the mapped fields are not being found, which is causing the Zoom step to fail.

We recommend verifying this with the Razorpay team by raising a query stating that the response keys are changing intermittently. Alternatively, you may update the mapping in your workflow to match the latest keys being sent by Razorpay.

Hello @Vanikabir,

Upon reviewing your complete task history, it appears that the task executions showing the failure were generated quite some time ago. Since these tasks are from an earlier period, capturing them again inside the workflow to correct the mapping and re-execute is not feasible in this case.

Additionally, after analysing all the failed task entries with the error displayed in the shared screenshot, we have noted that all of these payments were initiated by the same user. Given this, we recommend correcting these entries manually for now.

If a similar issue occurs again in the future, please report it to us immediately so we can investigate promptly. We also suggest informing the Razorpay support team, as the behaviour indicates that the response structure may have inconsistencies for this specific user’s transactions.

We will be happy to assist further if needed.
