How to connect to Drupal

Need to connect to Drupal and Drupal Commerce.
When drupal commerce sale completes, send message via whatsapp.

Or select drupal article and send link via whatsapp, etc.

In the first step of workflows, it shows triggers. I see wordpress, but not drupal.
What has to be done in order to add Drupal to that list of connections?
