How to Create a Spreadsheet Row in Microsoft Excel from a Webhook - Excel file can't created

The captioned matter refers.

After Choosing App "Microsoft Excel" and Action Event "Add Row to Worksheet", the Workbook recognized the file "Client Details.xlsx"... but the file already creates with the steps not shown....

I failed in creating the excel file. Please advise the steps. Thanks.
