How to Disable Workflow Error Email Notifications in Pabbly Connect
If you're receiving too many workflow error email notifications, you can now control them from Settings → General Settings in your Pabbly Connect account. This feature lets you manage error email notifications at two levels:
- Account Level — A master switch that controls all workflow error emails at once.
- Workflow Level — Individual toggles to enable or disable error emails for specific workflows.
How It Works
Account-Level Toggle (Master Switch)- When ON — Error emails are sent based on each workflow's individual setting.
- When OFF — All workflow error emails are stopped, regardless of individual workflow settings.
- When ON — You will receive error emails for that specific workflow (only if the account-level toggle is also ON).
- When OFF — No error emails for that workflow.
Note: Workflow-level toggles remain editable even when the account-level toggle is OFF. Your preferences are saved and will take effect once you turn the account-level toggle back ON.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Go to Settings in your Pabbly Connect dashboard.Step 2: Click on the General Settings tab (last tab).
Step 3: You will see:
- Stats Cards — Total Workflows, Notifications On, and Notifications Off counts.
- Account Email Notifications — Master toggle to enable/disable all workflow error emails.
- Workflow-Level Notifications — A table listing all your workflows with individual toggles.
- Turn OFF the Account-Level toggle under "Account Email Notifications."
- Keep the Account-Level toggle ON.
- In the Workflow-Level Notifications table, turn OFF the toggle for the workflows you don't want error emails from.
- Use "Enable All" or "Disable All" buttons to update all workflows at once.
- Or select specific workflows using checkboxes, then use "Enable Selected" or "Disable Selected" buttons.
Filtering & Search
- Use the All / Enabled / Disabled tabs to filter workflows by their notification status.
- Use the search bar to find a specific workflow by name.
Important Notes
- This feature only controls workflow error email notifications (the "quick notice about recent task execution error" emails).
- Webhook notifications are not affected by these settings.
- Other email types such as task limit warnings, polling errors, and pending task emails are not affected.
- By default, all notifications are enabled for new and existing workflows.
