By Email Parser I am receiving a "url". When loading this url it converts to a url with id.

I am looking for an application which runs this url (received initially) and returns the updated url.

When we load this url, It converts to: https://secure.tuitioninn.com/?next=/cal/appointments/8591454/

My Purpose is to extract the appointment id : 8591454 (from the updated url)

My concern is regarding the url conversion.

This is a url generated by system but it hides the real url.

No, there is no action step is available which can redirect the URL and extract the Id from it.
