How to get unused credits? Unused Credits are not showing

I have attached the screenshot of the dashboard and API of purchase info, but on the dashboard, it is showing 480 unused credits but if call the purchase info it is showing 0, Is there any other way to get these unused credits?

You can pass the currency code in the API to get the currency wise data.
