Are you sure it is a POST ?
The example you show is a GET since the arguments are in the URL.
Try it with a GET like you did with the parameters.
You don't need the ? at the end of your endpoint URL.
Now it shouldn't return an error.

Kindly try passing the endpoint URL in this format with the POST method-

https://wazolo.com/api/send.php?number=

123456&type=text&message=test message&instance_id={{ instance_id }}&access_token={{ access_token }}
