How to install the Pabbly Connect application in Facebook account?

Hello friends,
I am trying to connect Facebook Lead form with Mailerlite Auto Responder through Pabbly connect. After connecting FB lead form and Autoresponder in Pabbly Connect, when I test in Facebook, it shows Error code 103: CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager. When I go to "Leads Set-up" on Facebook page, it only gives me Zapier as the option to connect with Mailerlite and in the list of supported CRM systems, where Pabbly is not mentioned.
I contacted the Pabbly support, and they suggested to install the Pabbly Connect application in Facebook account. I am not sure how ? Could anyone guide me please?
