how to send bulk messages through whatsapp api

I have a whatsapp api from 360dialog and want to send template messages to my contacts. how can I do that with google sheets. I tried to create workflow but could send on a single number oly. I need to send on bulk numbers. please help

Hey @chaitany

If you want to use the " WhatsApp by 360Dialog: Send Text Message " action event then the end-user did not initiate the conversation with your WhatsApp - you must use a "Send Template Message" action instead. Once, the user started the conversation with your WhatsApp then, only you can use this action step.

If you want to send the message to your users then you can use the "WhatsApp by 360Dialog: Send Template Message" action event instead.
