Is WhatsApp Cloud API free? I have already implemented Chap API and paying $39 monthly. Do you have better alternative. I am using Chat API to send message to user who completes the payment successfully on Razor Pay?

We found that the Chat API has made various changes at their end with respect to sending messages without even informing their customers.

The only option for you is currently to switch your Whatsapp provider. You can use either 360Dialog or WhatsApp Cloud API.
