i made a workflow to send sms abondcart message. but it send message when customer create the checkout page. how to fix it

An abandoned checkout (also called an ‘abandoned cart’) occurs when a customer adds an item to their cart and doesn’t follow through with a purchase.

So, if the user does the checkout page and later doesn't go for the payment then after a certain number of minutes Shopify will send the trigger response.
