How to set default value(null value) for select action fields?

Hi,

I have created a field of type 'Select' which return list of values to me. Now this field is not required field, which means If I don't select anything It should set as None/Null. But whenever I create a workflow I am seeing first value as default value in dropdown and not able to select 'None'. How to achieve this?
