How to tag a lead or a contact in Zoho CRM

Hello!
I'm getting a lead information from manychat.
What I would like to achieve with this information is this:

1) If the lead information is new, creates the lead.
2) If the lead is already in my crm, it updates the lead and adds a tag.
3) If it is already a contact, do not create a lead. Just update the contact and add a tag.

How could I achieve this?

Hello @MarcosM ,

In second step you need to add one more step from zoho CRM called search contact (with email) if the contact is there in your CRM it'll show in response received. Now you need to use router. In First condition of router where contact doesn't exist you need to create contact and in other condition you need to update the contact.
