It appears that you might have passed the WATI's credentials incorrectly and because of that, you might not be getting any templates in the action step.
Please make a new connection and try again.

but how and why connection dropped out it was working dine since last 10 months

i think these is an issue of the time we need to connect the app again after 1 year, Anyway made a new connection and it works now thanks
