I am unable to send WhatsApp messages using AiSensy

I have tried many times to send WhatsApp messages to the students who brought my course using AiSensy WhatsApp API. I created the workflow using the YouTube video your team members explained. However, the workflow has not been successful, and I am finally unable to send them WhatsApp messages. I attached a screenshot for your reference. The Kindly help
