I get in my trello Response Received "unauthorized org access"

I disconnected and connected my Trello account again. Maybe I'm doing something wrong because what I want is that when a new customer is added, Trello copies a board, and then in the next step, it sends an email with SMTP where they get the link to their new Trello board that was just copied.

Hello Mariana,

Thanks for reaching out, and for sharing the details of your workflow setup.

The "unauthorized org access" or 401 error in Trello usually happens when enterprise or workspace security policies block external users, or when an API token lacks the correct permissions.

How to Fix Trello Org Access Issues

  • Check Workspace Membership Restrictions: If you use Trello Enterprise or a managed organization account, your administrator may have turned on policies that block external or non-organization users from accessing workspaces. Ask your org admin to verify the Atlassian Administration security settings.

  • Verify API Token Permissions: If this error happens in an app, script, or integration, make sure your token has both read and write permissions enabled.

  • Re-authenticate Integrations: Power-Ups or third-party connections often lose authorization or require you to manually click an icon inside the board menu to refresh credentials. Try generating a new token via the Trello Authorization Page with the correct scopes

Thanks & Regards,
