Closed I keep getting errors on my Convertbox- Flodesk task

I have setup a quiz through Convertbox and I have linked the quiz results to be sent via email through Flodesk subscriber added to segment. 4 of the results work except "Visionary" which is a result from the quiz. Anytime a person enters their name and email after taking the quiz in convert box Pabbly connects Flodesk and they are suppose to be added as a subscriber and then added to the "visionary" list in Flodesk, but this task isnt working. Please the screenshots of the person name and email but then it doesnt get added to Flodesk, it keeps showing Bounce. I have updated the webhook and I also created a brand new workflow in Pabbly but it continues to say the same thing. What could be the issue if all the other results work, its only this one?

Hi @Mpcredle,

You had entered the word “email” as a prefix in the “Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action step. We have removed that and also added a Delay step between the “Create/Update Subscriber” action step and the “Add Existing Subscriber to Segment” action step. These two changes should fix your issue. You can make another quiz submission to test the workflow.
