i am launching a website to sell gaming accounts and i want an automation like below

User completes order on wordpress website and completes the payment

after that one id pass picked from a google sheet and automatically emailed to customer mail that is provided during checkout

after that the sent id pass from google sheets highlights as red so i know that this is delivered.

You can update the column once if passed the customer mail with the help of the following video tutorial but to highlight the column with red you need to give the formula in your Google Sheets in that particular column.
