I want to send whatsapp based on call status...
Here we have connected our call center:

I want to connect to whatsapp automation only if the status of the CALL STATUS is no answer.

How can I do that?

Hey @guyseo

You can put the Filter action in your workflow. It will check for the "No Answer" status in the trigger response and then activate the API by Pabbly action.

You need to type or copy paste the value in filter, DO NOT MAP IT from previous steps bcoz that will make the condition as always true.
