You need to specifically pick the Post on the trigger event. You cannot automate the reply to all your posts at once. For every post, you need to create an individual workflow and its respective reply which you want to automate.

Can someone tell me if there are anyway on selected social media account(not mine) that has many followers when they post something new we can post an automated comment about our advert materials? For example, I need to post our link as a comment on multiple social media accounts so that many people can see it.

Well , doing that is an extremely tiresome job. Can your team pls work on doing this automation at a page level instead of post level.

Facebook does not provide those permission to do that. In near future, if they will start providing, we shall start supporting that as well. Thanks!
