In case of Whatsapp to Telegram forwarding,

If we are creating a Whatsapp Cloud API using phone number which is NOT registered with whatsapp then how we can get message on that number on whatsapp ??

You need to use Inbox solution like Uchat or Chatrace or Wa Team to receive and see incoming messages as conversations.

We did a workaround to add webhook to WA cloud API to receive incoming messages, and send a notification to our Discord channel when an incoming message comes through.
