I'm not getting response from lead instant form

When I submit leads to my own page from my own Facebook account, I get that information in Public Connect. But the problem is when I try to access my clients facebook page account business account and then setup from my computer it doesn't work what is the problem

The Facebook pages integration had some issues due to which we had to deprecate the integration.

It will possibly come in future once we are able to troubleshoot all the issues related to the same. Usually we don't take this kind of decision but we were forced to take it due to some underlying issues.
