Infusionsoft by keap: Apply Tag to contact not working

I am not sure what is wrong but I have 2 problems:

1. If I map both email and tag, when I do the test, it is successful but it is not applying the tag as it says "DUPLICATE" even though the tag is not reflecting in keap.
2. When I don't map them it says unable to find this contact.

Hi @mflauta,

I have made some changes in the last step of your workflow. Please make a new booking in Tidycal with contact details that are not already present in your Keap account and see if that contact is being added and tagged in your Keap account.
