We are planning to upgrade our Pabbly Connect account to Pabbly Plus, and we want to ensure that our existing workflows remain secure and unaffected during the transition.

Could you please provide clarity on the following:

1. What will happen to our current workflows once we upgrade to Pabbly Plus?
2. How does the transition process work, and how long does it take?
3. Will there be any impact on our existing workflows, and if so, how can we prevent disruptions?
4. Is there a way to backup our workflows so we can restore them if needed?

Upgrading to the Pabbly Plus plan will not affect your existing workflows—they will remain intact and continue to function as expected without any disruptions.

The transition process is seamless, and all your workflows in Pabbly Connect will stay active. Additionally, by upgrading to Pabbly Plus, you will receive credits for various Pabbly applications, including:

• Pabbly Connect (Workflow Automation)
• Pabbly Email Marketing (PEM)
• Pabbly Email Verification (PEV)
• Pabbly Form Builder
• Pabbly Subscription Billing (PSB)
• Pabbly Chat Flow
• Pabbly Hook

While there is no built-in backup option, we recommend documenting critical workflows and settings before making any major changes, just as a precaution.
