Urgent: Severe Service Issues in Pabbly Chatflow Affecting Operations

Dear Pabbly Support Team,

We are experiencing major issues with Pabbly Chatflow today, and it has severely affected our work.

The problems we are facing include:

  • Not being able to intervene in chats
  • Not being able to reply to messages
  • Messages appearing on our end but replies taking extremely long to send
  • In many cases, replies are not going through at all
  • Overall instability and service interruptions throughout the day
Because of these issues, we are directly losing sales and leads, which is causing a serious impact on our business. We cannot afford disruptions of this level.

Kindly look into this on priority and resolve it as soon as possible.
