Insert data based on value of another data

Hi, I have the following output to a intermediate step:
selection = 0
fruit0_ID = 0
fruit0_name = "apple"
fruit1_ID = 1
fruit1_name = "orange"
fruit2_ID = 2
fruit2_name = "banana"

In the next step, I want to insert in the fruit name based on selection. E.g. if selection = 0, insert "apple"

Is there any way I can do this?

Further, you can make use of the "Lookup Table" action step to pass the content accordingly.
