Integrating Google Forms to Facebook Conversions

Hi!

I'm trying to integrate a Google Forms to my Facebook Ads Conversion, in a way that I can run ads with the Forms link, send people to the Form, get responses and get this responses tracked as conversions on my Ad campaign. Is this possible?

I already know how to use new submissions on my Form as a trigger, but I'm having trouble with the Facebook Conversions part. Can somebody help me, please?
