Hello all,
I would like to understand further if the Pabbly could be used to perform an integration from Instagram Business Company to the Salesforce CRM.
Nowadays we are not able to have this communication from Instagram featres like Direct Messages, Post in our business page and we would like to centralize the communication within the Salesforce CRM to guarantee that all or interactions should possible to be managed directly only using the Salesforce CRM Omnichannel.
Is there any possible or documentation from Pabbly that could clarify further the features availabe to get that work?
