Integration with Tawk.to

Hi,

I need a guidance regarding integrate Tawk with Google Sheet.

The webhook currently work only with Chat Starts, End or New Ticket. ( Those work done)

I need how can I capture Offline Message response tawk. I try to capture but capture not done. Kindly help regarding the same.

Tawk send us this in support for same issue:

We don't have a webhook available for Offline Form Submission but we do have a JS API available for it. https://developer.tawk.to/jsapi/#onOfflineSubmit

Regarding your concern on Offline Form Submission, you need to contact their support team. As they haven't mentioned anything related to the webhook trigger which you are looking for.

Currently, JS is not supported on the platform, we can only support Rest API.

You can try Webhook By Pabbly, if they provide a Webhook URL then you can copy the webhook URL and add it under the webhook section of the Servetel. Once you're done with adding the webhook URL, then do a test submission/record in that application in order to capture the webhook response here.
