Hi, I want to ask can we have optional traits to be updated from Zoho CRM to Interakt? For Example "Company Name", if contact is linked with a Company in CRM then that field will be updated with Interakt but if its empty then only Name & Phone number should be updated.

What i assume is the updation will fail if all required fields doesn't have any value. please confirm

You can execute your use case in Pabbly Connect. You can apply a Router after an extra step for Zoho CRM "Get Contact" which will return the associated Company.

You can apply the filters in a similar format as mentioned in the image below.
