You need to use the webhook module for connecting with Intercom -
- Login To developer hub https://app.intercom.com/a/developer-signup
- Go to your app or create and click on the created app.
- Go to configure>webhooks.
- Copy the Webhook URL above & paste it under the field "Your request endpoint URL".
- Select the topic contact.lead.added_email from the Webhook topics & click save
