Invalid Jason format error

Hi there

I am using Connect to send a Tawk chat to Capsule. If have tested the connection using the Send and Test button and it seemed to work. But then when I tried testing with a chat in tawk I get an error: Invalid JSON format

I can't figure out what this would be caused by, any ideas?

We have made some changes in the respective action step, kindly try now by reconnecting the action event.
