Dear Team,

i want to upload my previous purchases into pabbly, i dont see any option. Kindly let me know whats the procedure.

And also I want to know how record partial payment? if any students pay me in installments, how to record it.

Hey,

We would like to inform you that you can upload your previous purchases in Pabbly through our option of Import Customer either from CSV or from Stripe. So, if you will import customer through CSV then you have to add Plan Id in CSV and also mention the Payment gateway either Stripe if the payment gateway was Stripe or None if there is any other payment Gateway in CSV. If you will import through stripe then no need to mention Payment Gateway.

Import the customers dta directly from you Stripe payment gateways account or from a CSV file into the Pabbly Subscriptions account.

Also, we would like to inform you that currently it is not possible to record partial payment on our system instead of this you can make installment plan so your student could pay in installments.
