Invoice Paid, But Unable to Upgrade Plan – Task Limit Exhausting

Hi Pabbly Support,


I hope you're doing well.


I recently received an email stating that my Pabbly Connect account is about to exhaust its task quota (90% used as of 22 June 2025), and that my workflows may be paused unless I upgrade the plan.


However, I’ve already paid for the 1-Yearly Plan – Tier 3 via Invoice No. RPI-11122, dated 18-Nov-2024, for the amount of ₹77,308.88 (including taxes). The invoice is attached for your reference.


That said, I’m currently unable to upgrade the plan through the portal. Could you please assist with this?


Also, in case I choose to upgrade to the 100k task plan, will I need to pay the full annual amount again, or will it be adjusted on a pro-rata basis from my current subscription?

You are currently on the Pabbly Connect 1-Yearly Tier 3 plan, which provides you with 50,000 tasks each month. Your plan renews on the 18th of every month.

You seem to have consumed 46,422 tasks, which is why you received the email about 90% of your quota being used.

If you purchase a 100K task plan, it will be treated separately from your existing plan. You will receive an additional 100K tasks per month on top of the 50K tasks included in your current plan. This new plan will also have its own billing cycle — for example, if you purchase it on 25th June 2025, it will renew on the 25th of each month. Since it’s a yearly plan, it will remain active until 25th June 2026
