IP address (or range) for white listing

I use pabbly to send information to a API endpoint.

However, for security reasons, I need to white list the IP no. of the POST webhook API (or range of IP no.s).

What is the IP range of Pabbly Connect POST webhooks?

I have a Problem when I send data API:

Error of the SERVER:
IP 2600:1f13:7cb:8700:e267:288:f429:3cf4 not allowed

The support of the server:
"The IP of affiliate is correct 44.224.102.169 but their network/server go out with another IP. This IP is IPv6, but we need IPv4."


It is possible to place a field or command to send another IP?
