Hi Shreyansh, It was down for about 30 mins yesterday across browsers. Even flows were not triggering for 30 minutes. It resumed later.

Request to have a status window showing uptime/downtime etc.

Please note that the downtime you experienced was not intentional and we take care to avoid such occurrences. However, if you would still like to have a feature to define or view uptime and downtime windows, we recommend adding this as a request to our roadmap.

Hi Preeti, Thankyou for the response. I did not mean to say it is intentional. Just a notification/update that chatflow is experiencing downtime would help us handle customer queries during that time manually.
