Issue with the trigger response

Workflow Name - test


we have used a trigger as a WooCommerce Cart Abandonment and we got successful response but the issue is we were not getting phone number in the response. Please guide us how to get phone number in the response.

Hey @quepreonpay

WooCommerce triggers are descriptive-based triggers that can only receive the data from WooCommerce itself and we cannot manipulate the response whichever the WooCommerce is sending to the trigger.

Though to retrieve the phone number of the user, you can use the " WooCommerce: Retrieve a Customer by Email " action event.
