Issue with WooCommerce and ZOHO Bigin CRM

Work Flow - 15Feb2022 - Woo Commerce To Bigin CRM

We have made an automation that, when ever the data comes to an New Cart Abandonment that data as to reflect in Zoho CRM but the issue is what ever the response that came from the trigger that same data is reflecting again and again in the Zoho CRM. We are having different data in Cart Abandonment but in Zoho CRM all datas are similar one.

Hey @quepreonpay

It seems like you have made some changes afterward, though the workflow seems fine to use.

Further, previously you haven't mapped the contact Id in the Contact field of the " Zoho Bigin: Create Contact Deal" action step. Though we have mapped that for you so now it will not get assigned to the same contact again.

If the issue persists in your workflow then kindly recapture the webhook response and remap the fields again.

Regarding your request, could you please tell us once that do you want to assign deals while creating a contact? Also if you can share the reference regarding the same do let us know.
