What is the definition of changelog items 1 and changelog items 0?
When I change the status of a subtask, sometimes items 1 was used (and items 0 was empty) and sometimes items 0 was used. Sometimes both are existed.

For instance, if you have a total of 5 items or issues, the changelog will range from changelog 0 to changelog 4.

If, at times, you receive all 5 items or issues, it will display changelog 0 to changelog 4. However, if you only receive changelog 1, it will exclusively show changelog 1.

But the event triggers on only 1 issue. How can I have 2 or 4 issues here? Are they children issues?
