What i have done... At funnelKIT optin page connected with pabbly by hook... later connected Zoom for create registration for the lead... then created Whatsapp delay 2 days before. 1 day before, 2 hrs before 1 hr before then START JOINING MEETING... REFF ID BELOW

I WANT ASLO; joining and leaving report in Google sheet watched video but where this step in need to insert I THINK IN THE LAST RIGHT...? and let me spcificaly how to calculate the time minutes in google sheet as in VIDEO for the same i see only joining and leaving time updated in GS... but not time how to do that...

After above task I want send whatsapp conditional templet like Who Spend more than 60 Mintutes... as they are my high quality audience to buy my training, want to send them Whatsapp msg or offer or free training.

You would have to create another workflow to achieve this and you can follow the tutorial for the entire workflow setup, as the trigger of your current workflow and the required use case are different.
Q1 -- As per task history ID where I should inset this joining and leaving action Hope in the end will be best or just after Registration is created. You suggest best.

You can follow the tutorial for the whole setup and can add a formula to your Google Sheet column, so that the joining time and leaving time of the user get entered in the Google Sheet automatically the total time spent by attendees will get calculated due to the added formula.

You can try using this formula - =TEXT(B2-A2, "d \d\a\y\s h \h\o\u\r\s m \m\i\n\u\t\e\s")
Please make sure the date added under the join time and leave time columns is in format - "2024-11-20 10:30".

To achieve this use case you can create another workflow following the below steps:

1. Trigger: New or Updated row in Google Sheets.
2. Action: Filter as per the time.
3. Action: Send a Whatsapp message.
