Jotform Quiz to Systeme.io Multiple Tags?

I created a personality quiz in Jotform and want to capture the leads and then create a contact and add a tag to that contact in Systeme.io based on what their results are. I have it set up but when I "Add Tag to Contact" it only give me one option to add a one tag. Is there a way to segment it so that if they had Result "A" that they would get Tag "A" and if Result "B" get Tag "B" and so forth? I then would set up my automation emails in Systeme.io to correlate with their results.

Systeme.io requires you to map the Tag ID associated with each specific tag. For example, the Tag ID associated with "Quiz" in Systeme.io is 1449150. So, if you want to add "Quiz" as a tag to a particular contact, you need to map "1449150".

Since this Tag ID is not provided directly from the Jotform trigger step, you need to add a Lookup Table to your workflow and include all tags (you receive in Jotform) and their respective Tag IDs in this step. This Lookup Table will give you the Tag ID associated with a particular tag, which you can then map to Systeme.io

For reference, we've added a Lookup Table to your workflow and added the Tag IDs associated with 'Quiz' and 'Master List'. You can complete the table by adding the remaining Tag IDs in a similar manner.
