I have a registration form online.
When it is completed, the pabbly trigger of new submission on jotform actions the workflow that opens a new customer profile on QBO, and creates an invoice.
It works well, however, what we would like to do now is not have pabbly triggered until the form is approved (Jotform has their approval module).
When the form is completed, pabbly activates and the google sheet integration is updated, even before the approval; so the the only trigger I can see in Pabbly of New Submission, doesn't wait for the approval.
So, I am wondering if there is a way for the trigger in Pabbly to be "Upon approval".
Failing that this is not an option to use the approval of the form as a trigger, any other ideas.
What is happening now is we get 20 people applying, 20 profiles created, and then 19 people decide not to proceed... so we have 19 profiles & invoices in QBO to delete. I am trying to short circuit the add & delete process with the approval process.
