When it comes to API Posting, what is the structure for JSON and/or XML that pabbly uses?

We are in the automotive business and would like to use pabbly to connect Facebook Lead Ads > Our CRM but we do not know the JSON/XML Structure.

Could you please share the name of the application which you are trying to use in the API by Pabbly along with the name of the action event on which you want to pass the XML content?

So, that we can look into it and can revert you accordingly.

We are trying to connect to our custom CRM system - Dababu.

And we are starting with Facebook Lead Ad Form Submissions. I hope that helps!

You can use the "API by Pabbly" action step with Payload type "XML" or "JSON" with it.

We accept the aforementioned payload types. If you are a developer, you may simply use JSON or XML as the API endpoint.

Further, if you are development knowledge in API integration and try trying to add the integration to the platform, you can also refer to the following developer guide.

As we have opened our developer platform for everyone. Now, they can also manage their application in Pabbly Connect integration using the developer portal. They will be easily able to update and manage their own app.

@Supreme Thank you for the detailed reply. I spoke with our Developer Team and they are saying they need the correct "format" in which to send this JSON or XML Content.

Are you able to provide the format the JSON or XML content will be in?

We support all kinds of Rest API of the application in the API by Pabbly which has JSON on it.

Please let us know what kind of format you are referring to here to pass in the API by the Pabbly action step.

We are talking about normal XML or JSON format. The API by Pabbly action does not allow for any sort of formatting. We do not have an API URL to connect to.
How can we get the data from Facebook Lead Ads into a JSON or XML format that looks like the image attached without using a URL endpoint?

What type of response does your custom CRM system support? If you are asking about the Facebook leads ads response we show the response in simple key-value pairs. Also, you can find the Facebook response from Facebook lead ads.

In the Payload Type, you have selected the XML and in the Data block, you have passed the data in JSON.

kindly select the JSON in the payload type and then try accordingly.
