Kajabi form to Google sheet issue

Hello,
I followed the you tube instructions to set up the automation from Kajabi Form submission to auto populate a google sheet. When I click save and test, the sheet correctly auto populates. However when i go into the form and submit a test manually, the google sheet does not auto populate. Can someone assist with this? Thankyou

Based on your Task History, it appears that your workflow is now functioning correctly, and the data is also being added to your Google Sheets spreadsheet.
