Klaviyo Legacy APIv1/v2 Retirement, June 2024

Hi folks,

I've received an email this morning about Klaviyo Legacy API v1/v2 being turned off in June 2024, so we all need to update our connections to use their new method.

Is this something that the Pabbly Team can look at updating in the connections to this app?

Here is what they said in the email...


Hi Valued Klaviyo Customer,

Klaviyo will retire our legacy v1/v2 APIs on June 30th, 2024. All code using these legacy v1/v2 APIs needs to be updated, and at least one private key in your Klaviyo account is still calling these soon-to-be retired APIs.

To understand more about how your private keys are being used, please review their labels and scopes in your account settings.

If you are using the private key for a custom integration you have developed, please review our comparison guide and migration resources below to start the process of migrating to our new APIs.

If you are using any of the below integrations with an older version than is noted, you need to update your plugin. Please see the linked guides for the version you need to upgrade to:

If you use your private key to enable an integration built and maintained by a technology partner of Klaviyo, no action is required on your part. You should review your API keys to see which integrations may be using the APIs for your account. We have notified Klaviyo Integration contacts of this upcoming change, and would encourage you to check with your contacts there as well. You may also use your private key to enable an agency or other third party. Klaviyo has notified all formal agency partners of Klaviyo, but we still recommend you reach out to the caller using your private key to ensure they are aware they need to migrate to our new APIs before June 30th.​

The Integration team has made an update and upgraded the integration to Klaviyo V2. I suggest reconnecting the new Klaviyo app with the action steps to try out the new changes that were added to V2.

We're only seeing Klaviyo V2 as an action but not the trigger.

The request to add trigger events of Klaviyo v2 is already been forwarded to the team and they will look into it.

The Klaviyo V2 trigger event has been incorporated into the current integration for review.
