LeadConnector not working from sheets

So I created a workflow to grab info from my sheets to add contact in lead connector. The sheets portion went without a hitch however lead connector keep importing blank leads when I test the info fails to populate. Any ideas?

Could you please share the task history Id of the workflow in which you are having such an issue? As we can see from your Pabbly account we couldn't find any issue with that(sheets to LeadMo).
