Your Task History ID

I've just created this workflow that works:
Trigger: Thrivecart - Product Purchase
Action: Google Sheets - Lookup Spreadsheet Rows V2
Action: Google Sheets - Update Row
Action: Lead Connector V2 - Create or Update a Contact

Basically, the premise is that after the Main Product Purchase on Thrivecart, I would need to lookup and update my spreadsheet in Google Sheets and then transfer the a code to GHL via LeadConnector. This works fine.

This is the Task History ID: https://connect.pabbly.com/task/his...=IjU3NjYwNTZhMDYzMzA0MzA1MjZmNTUzMjUxMzIi_pc#

Now, I have the same product offered as a bump and upsell. I'm creating a new workflow but Trigger will be: Thrivecart - Bump Purchase. In the first Action: Google Sheets - Lookup Spreadsheet Rows V2 → I'm getting Data not Found

How do I resolve this? Here's the workflow which has the issue: https://connect.pabbly.com/workflow/mapping/IjU3NjYwNTZhMDYzMzA0MzI1MjY0NTUzMzUxMzAi_pc

I just tried with Trigger: Thrivecart - Upsell Purchase and I'm experiencing the same thing as well.

Hello @lmotech,

Upon checking the workflow, it appears that we’re receiving a “data not found” response. To help us investigate this further, could you please share a screenshot of your Google Sheet, specifically showing whether Column H contains the value “false”?

This will help us better understand the issue and assist you accordingly.

Column H has FALSE listed. So for the action, it will lookup the value "FALSE" then updates that row with Date, Name, Email, TRUE for USED. Then we would be passing the access code to GHL.
