Mailchimp merge_fields error

Hey guys, I followed this thread for reference, and my settings seem correct; please check my Pabbly settings via this screenshot.

However, I still get the "merge_fields" error - please check this error response screenshot. On the Mailchimp side, I have only one email field that I am trying to pass on from Pabbly.

Please guide/help/advise why this might be happening.

Thank you!

I checked the image that you shared in the Facebook group related to the error and the merge fields that are active in your account.

This was the error that you were getting.

Below is the image of your Merge fields as shown in your account.

The issue you are facing is related to deletion of all the default merge fields.

I deleted all my default merge fields including First Name, Last Name, Address and others on our test account and I started getting the same error as you were getting.

The Pabbly Connect action needs at-least one custom field in your MailChimp account to work. It is not necessary to pass the value in the custom field but there should be at-least one custom field in your account apart from email in your account. You can keep that field as non-required field and it is not required to to pass the value to that field.

I added a custom field back again by the name of First Name FNAME and the action worked fine.

And it started working as it should be:
