Make a flow "Global" or re-usable?

Hello, can we make a flow "Global" or re-usable?
I have a flow where I only want it to run during the working hour between 8am-5pm. No need to run during my sleep.
I created a flow and would like to re-use it. How can I achieve it? Thank you
